Frameworks make static site generation a whole lot easier. In fact, we use Jekyll for our website, and the very blog you are reading. We want to make it quicker for those using a framework to get started with Bip.
That’s why today we’re announcing our newest feature, automatic framework detection. If you use a supported framework, Bip will detect it when you initialise your project, and set the source file directory automatically. We support some of the most popular frameworks, including Jekyll, Gatsby, Hugo and more.
We’re just getting started with automatic framework detection. We’ll continue to add features to save you time when using your favourite framework over the coming months.
